Can Grade-A Invitations be customized?
Yes! We can customize any of the Grade-A suites to your specific wedding information and color palette. You are also able to pick out your paper stock and envelope colors as well!
Can we have an in-person meeting to discuss my invitations & stationery?
Of course, if you are within an hour radius of Williston I would be happy to meet with you! Usually, I can make time to meet whenever is convenient for you. If you are not local, not a problem! Do you require a minimum order?
For the Grade-A line the minimum order is a quantity 75. I do not require a minimum order for any Maple Custom work.
Can you ship my invitations? If so, what shipping method do you use, and how much does it cost?
I can either use FedEx, UPS, or the US Postal Service (USPS Priority). Please let me know if you have a specific preference. I make sure that all shipments are insured for the full value of your order. The cost of shipments varies greatly based on the weight of your invitation order and delivery location. The average shipment cost of a full invitation suite is $50 - $100.
Do you offer a rush service?
Yes, depending on the details of your order. Rush orders are only applicable to the Grade-A line. A rush fee of 25% will apply. Maple Custom invitations need to be ordered at least 6 months prior to your wedding date. Check out Your Wedding Timeline page on our website for ideal ordering information.
Can you print on my invitation envelopes?
Absolutely! All of our Grade-A invitation suite designs have a corresponding envelope design that can be applied to your envelopes for an extra fee. This will save you so much time once you receive the invitations! Please contact me if you are interested in this service and I can give you a template to fill in the names and addresses for your guests. Please keep in mind that darker envelopes like Royal, Midnight, Textured Eggplant, Charcoal, and Black will not be able to be digitally printed. This would either entail a more complex printing method or Calligraphy services which we can refer you to!
Can you stuff my envelopes and mail my invitations for me?
I can absolutely do this for you! There is a fee associated with Invitation Suite Assembly services; and depending on the size of the order, the amount of pieces, and embellishments, fees can fluctuate.
What kind of paper do you use?
We use a variety of different kinds of papers. I have searched far and wide to offer unique paper choices. I don’t stick to one brand as many brands offer many beautiful papers. Learn more about our papers here and even order a sample book!
Why do you have a contract? Do I have to sign it?
I have a contract because, simply, it protects you and it protects me. I am offering a service for one of the most important days of your life. You want to be insured that I hold up my end of the bargain, and I want to be sure that I get paid for my time spent on creating your beautiful invitations! It’s as simple as that! If you don’t sign the contract, I won’t be able to start the work. I hope you understand!
Why do you require a deposit?
I require a deposit and a signed contract to begin any work to make sure that the time and money I spend to start creating your invitations is paid for. If you decide that you want to cancel your order but the deposit has already been made, you will forfeit your deposit. This policy is in place to protect my investment into your stationery designs; whether that be time and/or money.
Do you charge sales tax?
Yes, in the state of Vermont there is a 6% Sales Tax on goods and services.
